2. WHO WE ARE Golden Prestige Group is a private OnlyFans creator management agency providing monetization strategy, DM funnel systems, traffic amplification, and retention infrastructure for selected creators.

3. APPLICATION PROCESS Submitting an application is free and creates no contractual obligation. We review all applications and respond within 48 hours. We decline approximately 94% of applicants. Selection is at our sole discretion. Acceptance is formalized through a separate management agreement.

4. NO GUARANTEES Revenue figures and case studies on this website reflect specific creators under specific conditions. Past results do not guarantee future performance. Individual results will vary.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website is the exclusive property of Golden Prestige Group. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. CREATOR OBLIGATIONS Creators under management must provide accurate application information, comply with OnlyFans Terms of Service, and maintain content quality standards agreed at onboarding.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY All information shared during application and management is strictly confidential. Neither party may disclose details without prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY GPG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW Governed by Belgian law. Disputes submitted to competent courts of Belgium.
