I did not inherit a system. I built one. Starting with zero clients, learning the US market from the inside, investing in targeted coaching and spending months understanding what actually moves the needle.

The turning point was early 2025: two fully automated creator accounts running from Dubai, generating consistent revenue without either of us being physically present. That changed how I think about scale.
